Server Monitoring Tool
We use a monitoring tool to keep track of the health of each server and alert us to problems relating to the OS, network, database, and application.

Problem Tracking
We keep a database of all existing problems, root causes, and other related issues to make sure they are resolved properly.

Application Level Alert
The application level alert can detect if a terminal is offline for an extended period. It also shows if there are data errors and if all sales are uploaded properly.

Server Log Files
The server logs help us identify server script or database errors so we can quickly fix the problems and continue to improve the product.

Interactive Terminal
The system incorporates an internal tool that allows us to remotely connect and analyze the POS machine which cuts the turnaround time significantly.

Remote Desktop
We also use an open-source remote desktop controller to fix problems related to installation and operating systems.

Hardware Replacement

Temporary Replacement
If you buy the hardware from us, we will replace it with a temporary machine within the warranty period while it’s being repaired so your operation won’t be disrupted. The hardware comes with a one-year warranty period, except for the in-store server which comes with three.

Quick Restoration
Your POS data is automatically backed up in our server and can be restored within minutes.

Daily Backup
We perform a full backup on a daily basis. Sales data are also preserved in each terminal and can be re-uploaded.

Weekly Backup
The full backup is also copied to another server for redundancy on a weekly basis.
